Description
Grief doesn’t always arrive the way we expect it to. Sometimes it follows the death of someone you love. Sometimes it begins long before a loss, while you’re caring for a parent whose health is changing or watching someone decline over time. It can also surface after major life transitions, family conflict, or experiences that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.
As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide therapy for English- and Spanish-speaking adults navigating grief, complicated loss, anticipatory grief, and caregiver stress. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in creating a space where you can speak honestly without fear of judgment or pressure to “move on.” Healing looks different for every person, and together we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
Many of my clients are balancing demanding careers, raising children, supporting aging parents, or trying to hold families together while managing their own emotional wellbeing. Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for coping with anxiety, guilt, uncertainty, and overwhelming change.
I offer virtual appointments throughout Georgia, making it easier to access care from home or between work and family responsibilities. Medicaid is accepted, and sliding-scale appointments are available for uninsured clients whenever possible because quality mental health care should be accessible when people need it most.
Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re returning after time away, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
